House Rules
Car chase rules are here.
Blindness imposes a -2 DV penalty.
Boons must be purchased in order for every purview, not just Specials
and Pantheon Specifics. However, purchasing them works exactly the same
as epic attributes, meaning it only takes 3 picks to get a purview to
rank 3 instead of 6.
Unless a knack is used in reaction to an external force or specifies
that it is constantly active, it requires a Miscellaneous (5/-1) action
to activate.
Anything that deals Aggravated Damage that is tied to an attribute for
its damage rating, such as a Clinch using Divine Wrath, only adds that
attributes dots as bonus damage instead of the full bonus successes.
For example, someone with Strength 5, Epic Strength 4 normally deals a
base of 5B plus 7 successes on a clinch. Should the clinch be converted
to Aggravated damage via Divine Wrath, it will instead do 5B plus 4
autosuccesses.
Healing damage caused by Itztli costs one extra Legend Point per activation.
Itztli boons that work off of damage dealt to the user give one more
Legend Point per health level taken.
The strength knacks that deal Aggravated damage with an attack (Divine
Wrath, Disfiguring Attack, and Hurl to the Moon) are changed to all
cost 2L.
Dots of Legend are not purchased with experience points, but will be
assigned as events happen which warrant Legend growing. When a
character receives his visitation, the limit on Legend is 3, not 4
A character regains (Legend Rating) Legend Points per day. A character
can instead choose to regain 1 Willpower instead of 2 Legend.
John Constantine, bitch! Not really rules so much as carte blance to
use research and the occult skill to create useful effects. It has so
far been used to help fight against a possessing spirit and eventually
trap that spirit inside the "victim" and mentally throttle it into
submission.
