Feared throughout Oerth, Warduke is a heartless veteran of countless wars, duels, and ambushes (from both sides). His strength and prowess see him through every calamity, and he has even risen to the rank of Hierarch in the Horned Society. If he leaves his towers these days, it is in search of new glories in battle, and woe to anyone he deems a worthy foe.
Warduke typically opens with Devestation's wake, and then switches to Reaping Strikes. He holds his Chains of Sorrow back to ensure that he hits with Indomitable Strength. Against multiple foes he uses Mountain Breaking Blow and Tide of Iron to separate his opponents and create openings through which he ca rach juicier targets.
In my campaign, this Warduke is actually another woman in disguise, who travels with the false Malice Do'Urden, Iggwilv, Grandfather of Assassins, and Iuz. Should the PCs ever meet the true Warduke, he will be much higher level and at least Elite. However, for a paragon level campaign, this version and some strong allies with the abilty to constrain the PCs' movement could could make for an excellent archvillain, or at least a fun fight.
